1. Who We Are
Intento-Ai is independent technology for document-translation workspaces.
Intento-Ai does not provide professional translation, certification, legal, or immigration services.
Intento-Ai Technologies provides the platform technology and BAYK Est. operates the service in Saudi Arabia. Each partner handles personal data only for the service functions it performs and subject to applicable law and contractual responsibilities. This Policy does not assign a controller or processor status beyond what applicable law and the relevant service relationship require.
Operating partner: BAYK Est. (مؤسسة بايك) · Commercial Registration (CR) 1009084457 · VAT 310743633200003 · Chamber of Commerce 1001298 · Commercial center, Ishbiliyah, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. For privacy enquiries or data-rights requests, contact support@intento-ai.com with the subject “Privacy” or “Data Rights”.
2. Data We Collect
Account and authentication data may include your name, email address, account identifier, authentication status and session or security records. Authentication credentials are handled through the platform's authentication infrastructure rather than exposed to ordinary Intento-Ai workspace users.
Document data includes files you upload to use the platform’s document-processing workspace, including any personal information contained within those documents.
Platform payment data includes Saudi-riyal transaction references and amounts for workspace subscriptions, additional users, and Processing Balance funding. US-dollar values shown on public pages are display references and are not payment-ledger entries. Payment-card data is handled by the applicable payment provider and is not stored by Intento-AI. Intento-AI does not process payments between a workspace provider and its customers.
Usage and preference data may include IP address, browser type, pages visited, security events, and actions taken. On a first public visit, the platform may use the country code supplied through its delivery network to choose an Arabic/SAR GCC default or an English/USD-display global default. It does not use this routing to determine precise location. The selected market, country code, language preference, and one-time visual-animation state may be stored locally in the browser.
Workspace administration data may include billing identity, business details, and optional licence or legal-document information supplied by the account holder. Optional professional documents are not required for current workspace activation. Historical partner and certification records remain preserved and access-controlled.
3. Why We Collect It

4. How Your Documents Are Handled
Documents are transmitted and stored using the security controls provided by Base44 and applicable infrastructure or storage providers, including encrypted connections and access-controlled storage.
Documents may be processed by automated AI systems to provide workspace features. Access is controlled by the applicable workspace permissions, and processors are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Uploaded documents and generated workspace outputs are retained for 6 months from their creation or last update, then permanently deleted unless a longer period is required by law.
5. Third-Party Processors
We use third-party providers only where needed to operate and support the platform. Access and processing are limited to the applicable service purpose and handled subject to relevant contractual and data-protection requirements.
