1. About the Service

Intento-Ai is independent technology for preparing, editing, and managing document translations in shared workspaces. Intento-Ai does not provide professional translation, certification, legal, or immigration services.

The platform may use AI-assisted processing to provide workspace features. Users are responsible for how they use the technology and for the content they create, review, or share.

By creating an account or submitting a document, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Intento-Ai.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with the laws and requirements that apply to you.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify support@intento-ai.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

You must provide accurate information when registering. Accounts created with false information may be suspended without notice.

4. Document Submission

By submitting a document, you confirm that:

• You own the document or have full authorisation to submit it for translation
• The document is genuine and has not been altered or falsified
• You are not submitting documents for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive purposes

Intento-Ai may refuse, cancel, or report any job where document fraud or misuse is suspected, without refund and without liability.

5. Workspace Pricing, Processing Balance and Subscriptions

Processing Balance funding is a taxable workspace purchase. The selected net balance amount and applicable VAT are shown before payment; the net amount is credited to the shared Processing Balance, and later use is not taxed again.

Workspace plans may include pages, additional users, and operating limits. Included pages are used first; eligible processing charges are then deducted from the shared Processing Balance. Annual membership page totals represent 12 monthly allowances. Included pages are released monthly throughout the annual membership, not all at once upfront.

The workspace owner administers subscriptions, additional users, billing identity, invoices, and Processing Balance funding. These authorities, pages, and limits do not multiply by member count.

Public plan totals shown in Saudi Riyal include applicable VAT. US-dollar amounts shown to visitors outside the GCC are location-based display references only. Every checkout, provider authorization, tax invoice, Processing Balance entry, refund, reversal, and accounting record is executed in Saudi Riyal. A customer’s bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or fee. Historical transactions retain their original currency evidence and terms.

The current service is provider self-upload. It does not require a customer account, quote, acceptance, payment entry, or seller-payment confirmation. Providers manage customer pricing, collection, invoices, receipts, and VAT outside Intento-AI.

6. Turnaround Times

Any estimated processing times are indicative and not guaranteed. Actual time varies with document type, length, complexity, system availability, and workspace capacity.

The current provider self-upload service supplies a downloadable translated-content PDF for the workspace provider’s own review and permitted professional use. It does not include an Intento-Ai certificate, public verification record, professional signature, or stamp unless a separately available service expressly says otherwise.

The platform is entirely digital, from document submission through workspace output.

Users remain responsible for their own review, approval, and downstream use of workspace outputs.

7. Technology Scope and Liability

Intento-Ai provides technology only and does not validate, approve, certify, or professionally issue user content.

Intento-Ai’s maximum liability for any claim arising from use of the platform or its outputs is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Users are responsible for determining whether a workspace output meets any receiving authority, legal, or professional requirement.

The platform does not provide legal advice. Translations should not replace independent legal counsel.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all source documents you submit and grant Intento-Ai a limited licence to process them solely to deliver the service.

Intento-Ai retains its rights in the platform, software, design and brand. Source documents remain the submitter's property, and workspace output is made available to the licensed professional for its permitted professional use and issuance.

9. Prohibited Use

You must not use Intento-Ai to:

• Submit forged, altered, or fraudulent documents
• Obtain certified translations for illegal purposes
• Circumvent immigration, judicial, or government processes through falsified translations
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform or its data
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse promotions
• Engage in money laundering or financing of illegal activities

Violation may result in account suspension, lawful restriction of platform or Processing Balance access, and reporting to the relevant authorities, subject to mandatory rights.

10. Unavailable Programs and Features

Features, programs, marketplaces, customer-intake flows, commission arrangements, payouts, or settlement functions not expressly shown as available in the current platform are not part of the current service and create no contractual entitlement.

The current service creates no entitlement to referral earnings, commission, payout timing, or a payout threshold unless separately presented and accepted under applicable published terms.

Unavailable customer-intake, quote, acceptance, payment-confirmation, and customer-settlement functions create no current entitlement.

Unavailable marketplace job claiming, platform-managed professional assignment, and marketplace payout functions create no current entitlement.

Historical partner, referral, commission, and certification records remain preserved under their original evidence and controls.

Any later activation of an unavailable program requires separately published eligibility, commercial, and legal terms and does not apply retroactively unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

11. Workspace Provider Responsibilities

Workspace providers and their users are responsible for maintaining any credentials, permissions, or professional standing required for their own activities.

Intento-Ai does not employ, assign, or provide translation professionals through the platform.

Workspace providers must keep documents and user access confidential and use appropriate permissions.

Workspace providers are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and lawful use of the content they create or share.

Professional and legal responsibility for user content remains with the applicable workspace provider or user; Intento-Ai provides the technology and does not assume that responsibility.

12. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@intento-ai.com.

Intento-Ai may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, fraud, or risk to the platform or other users.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Disputes shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, they shall be subject to the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

If there is a conflict between English and Arabic versions, the Arabic version prevails for users within Saudi Arabia.

14. Force Majeure

Intento-Ai is not liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, governmental restrictions, outages, cyber-attacks, or third-party infrastructure failures.

15. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

16. Severability

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement & Waiver

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any checkout-specific consent presented for an Intento-AI purchase, constitute the agreement regarding use of the current workspace service. Unavailable programs do not govern current access.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect. Renewed acknowledgement or consent will be requested where required; historical acceptance evidence remains preserved.

19. Workspace Billing Details

The workspace owner is responsible for accurate billing identity, invoice, and payment-contact information supplied to Intento-AI.

Intento-Ai may rely on the billing details supplied for subscriptions, additional users, Processing Balance funding, and document-processing charges. The authoritative contractual charge, provider payment, VAT evidence, invoice, and any eligible refund are denominated in Saudi Riyal even when the public page also shows a US-dollar display reference.

This section does not create any partner, professional, or customer payout obligation and does not govern payments collected by a workspace provider from its customers.

20. Subscription Renewal and Payment Authorisation

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed recurring price plus applicable VAT using the saved payment method, unless cancelled before renewal. If payment fails, Intento-Ai may retry after approximately 24 hours and 72 hours, and access may be restricted after the final failed attempt.

Annual memberships marked for manual renewal do not renew automatically. Available payment methods depend on the selected billing cycle, the payment provider, and device eligibility. Apple Pay is shown only on supported Apple devices and browsers when enabled for the merchant domain.
